ADMISSIONS PROCESS

​St. Athanasius welcomes all applicants. Students must be three years old and potty trained by September 1st for preschool, and five years old by September 1st to enter Kindergarten.

Inquiries about admission to St. Athanasius can be initiated here or you can reach our Admissions Director, Shannon Valko, by emailing admissions@saintas.net. We can arrange a call or tour of the school to begin the process of learning more about the St. Athanasius school community.

SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit an application by February 27th, 2026 for first consideration.
St. Athanasius does accept applications year-round; however, our early admission period ends on February 27th, 2026. At that time our decisions are made on class numbers and we only enroll to the remaining class capacity.

SHADOW DAY
After we receive your application, during the month of February and March, our Admissions Director will be in touch to set up a shadow day at St. Athanasius. The shadow day includes spending time in the class with students and teachers, a brief assessment, and a short meeting with our principal, Kelly Foyle.

DECISION
Our admissions decisions will be made by March 27th, 2026. You will receive a letter confirming acceptance in a class at St. Athanasius by that date. To accept your spot in the class, you will return an acceptance form and set up an account in FACTS. A $300 non-refundable deposit will be committed at that time.
If admission is not possible, parents can request placing the child’s name on the waitlist.

Tuition contracts are sent out in May. At that time you will complete an online enrollment packet through the FACTS Tuition Management System and choose your tuition payment plan.
